Why Iracing Truly SUCKS

Stop Creating New Cars, and FIX The Many Existing Problems

For many years, we have observed countless times where Iracing continues to prioritize QUANTITY OVER QUALITY. Iracing is no different than any other business - they have a limited number of staff members to create new content, and work on Iracing glitches. Unfortunately, Iracing has proven that they don't care about the quality of the SIM as much as creating new cars that their members have a limited amount of interest.

While Iracing staff members were busy creating Sprint cars, Street Stock cars, Indy cars, etc - they SHOULD have been working on creating a server system that could adequately handle the bandwidth for the Daytona 500 event. They SHOULD also have been working on correcting the numerous glitches in the Iracing system. If you are a regular Iracing driver, you are acutely aware of the glitches in the Iracing SIM.

Has Iracing corrected some of the glitches, and made improvements to their SIM? Yes that have. We aren't saying that they haven't used some of their staff to make improvements - we are saying that the staff-hours that was spent creating new cars would have been better utilized to correct glaring glitches that remain in the Iracing SIM.

Another Daytona 500 Debacle

Another year, another Iracing debacle. This is the second year in a row that Iracing promoted a grand Daytona 500 event. Last year, the server crashed, and they apologized, and issued Iracing credits to those people who signed up. This year was a carbon copy of last year. Apparently, the Iracing staff didn't learn any lessons from prior server crashes during special events.

Iracing staff member Kevin Bobbitt posted on the forum: "we have decided to give all members who registered for either race the $5 in iRacing credits. While Trevor wasn't listed in the original promotion, we wanted to give something back to everyone who raced or attempted to race in the World Tour Daytona 500".

More Mismanagement At Iracing

Iracing continues to demonstrate that they are not really capable of running a legitimate business - they are more concerned with creating new cars and tracks for its members to purchase than improving the many glitches that Iracing has. In just the last week, they have had two major server crashes, the latest of which is during prime racing time on Saturday evening.

Additionally, Iracing again fails to keep its members updated about when is going on, during server crashes. Take a look at the Staff Announcements section of the forums - NOTHING POSTED by Iracing staff members about why the servers have crashed, or what is being done to fix the problem.

Iracing keeps screwing up what SHOULD be the best racing SIM available to SIM racing fans. The tracks are like driving on ice - at least for the average racer, which results in more laps under caution than green.....at least for most races. People are getting fed up with this bullshit too. Everyone is complaining, but Iracing doesn't seem to care. They think everything is fine and dandy!

Those people who are able to drive the track without wrecking almost always have advanced skills in tweaking their sets so they don't spin themselves out. Thats great for those people, but what about the other 80% of Iracing members who do not have advanced skills in tweaking sets? Essentially, they are FUCKED.

If you are sick and tired of Iracings bullshit, email them, call them and stay on their ass until they get it!

Apparently, a few thick-headed retards are unable to comprehend the English language, in reference to:

Voicing concerns and opinions on Iracing forums only attracts people who label you as a "whiner". We started IracingSucks.com to compile all of the problems and shortcomings of Iracing. We also want to provide Iracing members with a place to voice their opinions and concerns, without fear of ridicule or censorship.

For the slow learners who most likely never completed their education past the 2nd grade........this site is for Iracing members who believe that Iracing is mismanaged. They can express their un-censored viewpoints, concerns and frustrations, without being attacked by the koolaid drinkers and labeled as whiners and crybabies.

This site is NOT for Iracing members who attack others for complaining about Iracing mismanagement issues. And in case you haven't figured it out yet........its because of YOU, that we created this site! If we were able to express our concerns and frustrations about Iracing mismanagement in the Iracing forums without being attacked, we would have never started IracingSucks.com.

Don't Drink The Koolaid!

There are many Iracing members who are old enough to remember Jim Jones, the founder of Jonestown. We see a lot of similarities with Jim Jones' followers, and the Iracing members who stick their heads in the sand, and ignore the serious management issues within Iracing.

For those not familiar with Jim Jones, he was the founder of one of the most notorious religious cults in modern history. In 1979, he convinced most of his followers to drink koolaid-laced cyanide. 918 people died in Jonestown, most of which had been brainwashed into believing anything he said.

In the Iracing forums, there are many people who are able to forgive and forget the habitual mismanagement of Iracing staff members, despite overwhelming evidence that Iracing repeatedly mismanages their business. And thats what Iracing is......a business. Apparently, the staff at Iracing doesn't seem to understand that. In fact, in any other corporation, these staff members would have been given the boot a long time ago for their incompetence.

We are amazed at how many people keep giving Iracing a break, saying "they are doing the best they can", and "golly gee-wiz, they are good guys, and we shouldn't question their screw-ups."

Essentially, these people are just like the followers of Jim Jones. They have drank the Iracing koolaid, and are willing to put up with Iracing's incompetence. NEWS FLASH: While many members have drank the Iracing koolaid, many more have not. They are still thinking clearly and logically, and see that Iracing has major problems in the way they manage their SIM service.

Editors Note To All Iracing Koolaid Drinkers: You can blindly support Iracing on their forums, but you are not welcome here, if all you do is criticize those of us who are still thinking clearly.
